This Privacy Policy explains how Air Time 1 LLC, doing business as Monkey Joe's Pointe Orlando ("Monkey Joe's," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit our website, book a party, call us, receive messages from us, or otherwise interact with our services.
Because our services are enjoyed by families with children, we take children's privacy seriously. Please read Section 6 carefully.

From adults (parents, guardians, and guests 18+)
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address (when provided)
- Booking information: party date/time, package selected, guest count, dietary preferences
- Payment information: processed by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers)
- Communications: messages, emails, SMS replies, call recordings (when applicable — see Section 5)
- Marketing preferences: SMS opt-in status, email subscription status
From or about children (under 13)
- Provided by the parent or guardian at booking: child's first name and age/birthday (used only to personalize the party or birthday outreach)
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our website. See Section 6.
Automatically collected
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL
- Cookies and similar technologies: for site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement (see Section 11)
Voice and call data
- When you call us or we call you, we may record the call for quality, training, and service delivery. Voice recordings may contain biometric identifiers under applicable law and are treated as sensitive data.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not process sensitive data or children's personal information for targeted advertising.
4. SMS and Text Message Communications
If you opt in, you may receive transactional and/or promotional SMS messages from us.
Consent and automated technology
By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Monkey Joe's Pointe Orlando at the mobile number you provide, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Consent is not shared
No mobile information (including opt-in data or phone numbers) is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support message delivery (for example, our messaging provider and customer-service platforms) is permitted. Mobile opt-in and consent data is excluded from all other data-sharing uses and is not sold.
5. Phone Calls, Call Recording, and Automated Assistants
When you call us, or when we call you for booking confirmations, reminders, or service updates, your call may:
- Be handled in whole or in part by an automated voice assistant. If you are speaking with an automated assistant, we will identify it as such at the start of the call.
- Be recorded for quality, training, and service delivery. We will disclose recording at the start of the call. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us and we will end the call.
Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and retained per Section 9. We do not use recordings for targeted advertising or sell them to third parties.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Florida Minors Protections)
Our services are enjoyed by families with children under 13. We comply with the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 16 C.F.R. Part 312), the 2025 FTC updates to the COPPA Rule, and Florida's Online Protections for Minors (Fla. Stat. §§ 501.1736–.1738).

All online forms on this website are intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian who is 18 or older. Each form carries a notice confirming this.
Information about children provided by parents or guardians
When a parent or guardian books a party or birthday outreach, we collect limited information about the child (first name and age or birthday) for the sole purpose of delivering the service — for example, personalizing the party experience, confirming the booking, or timing birthday offers.
No child-data profiling, no child-data advertising
We do not use children's personal information for targeted advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than service delivery.
Parental rights
Parents or legal guardians may, at any time:
- Review the personal information we have collected about their child
- Refuse further use or collection of that information
- Request deletion of that information

7. Your Rights Under Florida Law (FDBR)
If you are a Florida consumer, the Florida Digital Bill of Rights gives you certain rights with respect to your personal information. To the extent those rights apply to us, you may:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccuracies in that information
- Delete your personal information
- Receive a copy in a portable, machine-readable format
- Opt out of the sale of personal information and of targeted advertising (we do not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising)
- Opt out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects (we do not conduct such profiling)
How to make a request
Email [email protected] or call 321-900-0996 with "Privacy Request" in the subject or at the start of your message. We will verify your identity using information we already have on file (for example, a booking or message history) and respond within 45 days. We may extend by an additional 15 days where reasonably necessary and will notify you if we do.
Right to appeal
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response within 30 days. We will review the appeal and provide a written decision within 60 days. If we still deny the appeal, we will tell you how to file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General (myfloridalegal.com).
8. How We Share Information (Subprocessors)
We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the following cases:
- Service providers that help us run our business under contract (a partial, current list below)
- Legal and safety disclosures required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Monkey Joe's, our staff, or our guests
- Business transfers in the event of a sale, merger, or reorganization (any new owner inherits the obligations of this Policy)

Each vendor is contractually required to process personal information only on our instructions and to protect it with appropriate security.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations. Specific retention schedules:

When we no longer need personal information, we delete or anonymize it.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we experience a security incident that triggers notification obligations under Fla. Stat. § 501.171 or other applicable law, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required.
11. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, measure performance, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Cookies fall into three groups:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (always on)
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site (Google Analytics)
- Advertising — measure the performance of ads and help us reach similar audiences (Google Ads, Meta Pixel)

Our website links to third-party sites (for example, our party-booking system at Aluvii, our gift-card processor, and Google Maps). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their privacy policies separately.
13. Out-of-State and International Transfers
We operate in the United States. Personal information is processed and stored in the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, by using the site you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
14. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site for at least 30 days. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the updated Policy.
