These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services of Air Time 3 LLC d/b/a Monkey Joe's Winter Park ("Monkey Joe's," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website, submitting a form, opting in to messages, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Use the site to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its infrastructure
- Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information through our forms
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically collect content or data from the site
You must be 18 or older to submit any form, opt in to messages, or book a service. If you are completing a form on behalf of a child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian.
2. Services and Availability
Monkey Joe's Winter Park offers indoor play experiences, birthday and group-event hosting, concessions, and related services at our Winter Park location. All services are subject to availability, capacity, staff, and operating hours. Prices, promotions, and hours may change without notice; the current site and point-of-sale reflect the prevailing terms. Promotions advertised as "Florida Residents only" require a valid Florida ID at check-in.
3. SMS and Text Message Program
Program name and consent
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from the Monkey Joe's Winter Park SMS Program at the mobile number you provide, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
What we may send
- Responses to customer inquiries
- Booking confirmations, reminders, and service updates
- Promotional offers, specials, birthday or seasonal promotions (only if you have opted in to marketing messages)
Frequency, rates, and delivery
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation and no further marketing messages. To rejoin, submit our opt-in form again or contact us.

Industry compliance
We comply with applicable industry standards, including 10DLC / A2P registration requirements, the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and CAN-SPAM where applicable.
No third-party sharing of SMS consent data
No mobile information, including opt-in records or phone numbers, is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with our messaging provider and customer-service subcontractors is permitted for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you request.
4. Phone Calls, Call Recording, and Automated Assistants
When you call us, or when we call you for booking confirmations, reminders, or service updates, the call may be handled in whole or in part by an automated voice assistant. We will identify the assistant as automated at the start of the call. The call may also be recorded for quality, training, and service-delivery purposes. We will disclose recording at the start of the call. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call and we will end the call. Recording and retention are described further in our Privacy Policy.
5. Bookings and Parties
Party and event bookings are subject to our then-current package details, deposit, and cancellation policies, which are disclosed at booking. Capacity is limited; we may decline or reschedule bookings when necessary. Any guest behavior that threatens the safety of other guests or our staff is grounds for ending the visit.
6. Waivers
All guests must sign a liability waiver before participating in play activities. Waivers may be signed online or at the front desk. A parent or legal guardian must sign for any guest under 18.
7. Purchases, Promotions, Gift Cards & Frequent Jumper Card
Pricing and taxes
All prices on this website are in U.S. dollars. Applicable Florida sales tax is added at checkout where required by law.
Promotions and discounts
Promotional prices and savings claims (for example, "up to X% off") are based on our regular admission or product prices at the time of offer. Specific substantiation is available on request at [email protected]. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated and may be limited by date, location, or quantity.
Gift cards
Gift cards purchased through our partner processor are governed by that processor's terms. Under Florida law, gift cards sold at face value do not expire for at least five years and are not subject to inactivity or service fees during that period.
Frequent Jumper Card
- A Frequent Jumper Card is a prepaid admission product. It contains a fixed number of admissions (as described at purchase) and is redeemed one admission at a time on subsequent visits.
- The card does not expire. Cards are valid at Monkey Joe's Winter Park and Monkey Joe's Winter Park while both locations remain in operation.
- If a Monkey Joe's location permanently closes, remaining admissions will be honored at the other participating Monkey Joe's location listed above for at least 12 months after the closure. After that 12-month period we may, at our discretion, offer a refund of the pro-rated unused balance.
- Cards are tied to the unique code issued at purchase. Lost or unauthorized-use codes are not replaceable. Treat the code like cash.
- Refunds: Frequent Jumper Cards are non-refundable once the code has been issued. If you believe a card was purchased in error and the code has not yet been redeemed, contact us within 24 hours at [email protected] and we will consider a discretionary refund.
- Cards have no cash value, cannot be resold, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
8. Your Information and Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when you use our forms and services, and to update that information promptly if it changes (for example, a phone number or email).
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Monkey Joe's name and marks, is the property of Monkey Joe's or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content without written permission.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
This website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monkey Joe's disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monkey Joe's and its owners, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Nothing in this Section limits liability for personal injury or wrongful death caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
11. Dispute Resolution — Arbitration & Class Waiver
Informal resolution first
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and describe the issue. We'll try in good faith to resolve it within 45 days.
Binding individual arbitration
Except for the small-claims carve-out below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our services, our communications, or your relationship with us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Orange County, Florida, or by telephone or video at the consumer's option. The arbitrator's award is final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class and representative action waiver
You and Monkey Joe's agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person. If this waiver is held unenforceable, the entire Section 11 is void.
Small-claims carve-out
Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court in Orange County, Florida, if it qualifies.
30-day right to opt out
You may opt out of arbitration by sending a written opt-out notice to Air Time 3 LLC, Attn: Arbitration Opt-Out, 5471 Lake Howell Road, Winter Park, FL 32792 or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of the date you first accepted these Terms. The notice must include your full name, address, phone number, and email. If you opt out, the class waiver still applies and any dispute will be resolved in the courts specified below.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and we agree to the exclusive venue of the state or federal courts in Orange County, Florida.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on the site for at least 30 days. If you do not agree to an updated version, stop using the site and services.
